    Expenses

      costs for land use, costs for land administration ( three throughs and one level ), costs for the land use right of a certain number of years

      classified into three grades:

        A.£¤150/©O for industrial use of land in the county area;

        B.£¤120/©O for industrial use of land in towns near the county;

        C.£¤100/©O for industrial use of land in remote towns

      ¡î Water costs:£¤1.20/ton for the industrial use; £¤1.00/ton for the civilian use.

      ¡î Electricity costs:£¤1.00/kwh for the industrial use; £¤0.67/kwh for the civilian use.

      ¡î Gasoline costs:£¤50/20litres for gas in steel cylinder ( no pipeline gas).

      ¡î Costs for telecommunications:£º £¤0.18/minute inside the county area; £¤0.40/minute between the county and the municipality; £¤0.50/minute for cellular phone.

      ¡îRent for the factory buildings: £º£¤14-15/©O for the factory buildings in the county area; £¤6-7/©O for the factory buildings in towns near the county; £¤4-5/©O for the factory buildings in remote towns.

      ¡î Wages and welfare for employees: (averagely): £¤600/month for workers in labor-intensive production; £¤1000/month for ordinary managing staff ( base wage); £¤320/month for the minimum wage.

      ¡îSubsistence in residence zone: (about)£¤200/month for a person's board and lodging expenses.

      ¡î Charges for service industry: priced according to the country's provisions concerned.
