9. Register and file at the County Foreign Administration Bureau
10. Open an account at a bank.
11. Register and file at the county finance and taxation departments.
12. Register and file at the county customs office.
13. Examine the credentials or qualifications at the public accounting firm.
1. The project application report drafted in the name of the Chinese side ( the wholly foreign-owned enterprises excluded ).
2. The appellation registration sheet by the foreign-invested enterprise.
3. The feasibility report.
4. Contracts and articles of association for the join-venture enterprise.
5. The name list of the board of directors of the joint-ventured enterprise.
6. The copy of legal business permit, the banker's reference, and the legal representative certification, of both sides.
7. The inventory of imported goods and materials by the joint-ventured enterprise.
8. The lease contract or the title certification of the factory buildings or office place employed by the foreign-ventured enterprise.
